Meet Our Staff

Sal is the founder of Exotic Pet Birds inc. As owner/founder and a Certified Avian Specialist, he works to enhance, expand and educate here at Exotic Pet Birds inc. As an owner he ensures all staff is well trained, all pets are cared for/loved; and all customers have a great experience.

One of our Certified Avian Specialists. Jamie is a long-time Aviculturist. She has had a pet bird much of her life. Jamie is the head of our finance department and coordinates with all our vendors Without Jamie Exotic Pet Birds inc. would not be here. It took her love and support during the companies formative years to ensure Exotic Pet Birds inc. grew to what it is today..

One of our Certified Avian Specialists. Ryan leads our company's daily management. He keeps our leadership team and overall staff well organized and prepared to best serve our animals and clients His role is to ensure our staff gives the ultimate experience for our customers and that our birds receive the best care available..

Nicole's attention to detail made her the perfect person in our customer care department. He can do Attitude and previous experience in customer care is integral to our day to day operations as a store.

Steve manages our store operations and is the head of our shipping department. Steve's role here allows us to service our customers near and far!  Steve is a fantastic resource for employees and customers alike!

Gracia is a long-time Aviculturist who has many great birds of her own. She has been instrumental in creating care programs here in store for our long-term resident birds. Gracia works in all levels of Care and customer service

Maddie works in our Care and Customer Service divisions. She goes above and beyond to make sure all birds and customers are well cared for. She has the positive attitude we all need in our life.

Lilly is a critical member of our care department. She has been trained to care for even our youngest birds. Lilly gets involved in all levels of care and loves every minute of it.

Charlie works in our Care Department. We also utilize his talent as a Graphic Designer to make awesome enhancements to our website and literature around the facility.

Mia is a great resource for anyone who loves a pet! She works in our Care Department and has knowledge in both large bird care (having a macaw at home) as well as reptile care knowledge.

Mary works in our Care Department. She has a can do attitude and a strong work ethic. Mary is very involved in the daily care of all the animals in our facility.

Olivia has been around birds here entire life. She has raised birds with her family and hand fed babies along side her family since she was a little girl. Olivia works in our Care and Customer Service departments and is a great resource in both areas!

Nick has been around birds here entire life. he has raised birds with her family and hand fed babies along side her family since he was a little Boy.

Lori is a long time Aviculturist. She has had a large flock of her own having raised small hook bills. Lori works in our Care department and Customer Service division. She brings years of experience having worked of a few big box pet stores in the past

Alexis is a member of our Care Department.  She works directly with our birds to enhance daily life for them.  As a care member Alexis ensures that our birds get to all the proper nutrition and enrichment needed.  

Barb works in our accounting division.  She works with our vendors to make sure our commitments are always met.  Barb coordinates with our operations team to ensure all products are received and available to our customers when they arrive.
