DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Add two level teaspoons, (10 ml), AMOXITEX to one quart, (.95 Liter), of clean distilled water OR mix one level teaspoon, (5 ml), of AMOXITEX to three level teaspoons of clean distilled water and administer to the crop at the rate of one teaspoon, (5 ml), per pound, (.45 kg), of bird’s weight. Use as bird’s only source of drinking water. Use fresh solution every day for five consecutive days. If bird does not respond to treatment or if bird’s condition worsens, consult a veterinarian. Keep stock solution covered in a dark refrigerator and discard after five days. Keep container closed before and after use. Store in a cool dry place. One level teaspoon equals 5 ml by volume or 2 grams of this product by weight.
